Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cultured Sour Cream

Loaded Sweet Potato Fries

These fries are a dinner to drool over.

Ingredients

Fries
3 sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp paprika
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cayenne pepper, if desired
Horizon Organic Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Favorite toppings (we used black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado and additional cheese)

Dressing
1 Avocado
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1/4 cup Horizon Organic Sour Cream
1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice (or white vinegar)
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Water, as needed

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash, peel and slice sweet potatoes. Toss in olive oil, spices and garlic. Spread out on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 20 minutes. (Optional: You can also use frozen sweet potato fries here, just toss in seasonings and bake according to package directions.)

When the fries are cooked through, sprinkle with Horizon Organic shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese melts.

While fries cook, make dressing by combining all ingredients in a food process or blender and processing until smooth. Add water until dressing reaches desired consistency. 
Top fries with dressing and other toppings, as desired.
