1 cup Horizon Organic plain yogurt
1 cup Horizon Organic lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 green onions
2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
Black pepper to taste
