DCC Enhancements December 14, 2003
Science Horizons software engineers provided numerous enhancements for our Data Collection Center (DCC) software, which is utilized by the International and National Data Centers for remotely monitoring, commanding, and collecting data from seismic, hydroacoustic, and infrasound arrays worldwide.
The software has been completely rearchitected from the ground up to be more robust, stable, and modular. In addition, many graphical interfaces have seen numerous enhancements or have been completely rewritten utilizing the GTK+ widget set.
