After twenty years of supporting nuclear test-ban treaty monitoring, Science Horizons and its AQUINAS System are now ready to extend their horizons to include earthquake prediction. The US Patent Office has allowed a patent to Science Horizons that protects SHI's use of seismic arrays for earthquake prediction.
